yine bir tatlı :) bu tatlıyı çok yapıyorum. misafirlerim de bayılıyorlar. Mutlaka siz de yapın. Yalnız bence bu tatlıda en önemli püf noktası tiramisuyu hemen değil, en erken 1 gün sonra servis yapmak, tadı kıvamı tam yerine oturuyor... Sabah yaptım akşam yiyelim demek yok, beklediğinize değecek göreceksiniz...

one more dessert recipe :) I make tiramisu a lot. My guests really like it who doesn't? My first rule making tiramisu I never eat it same day. I always wait one day to eat. It will be perfect taste this way.

Yeni bir yıl, yeni tarifler ile devam ediyoruz.bu yılın ilk tarifi tatlı konuşalım tatlı bir yıl geçirelim diye en sevdiğim tatlılardan olan mozaik pasta... Mozaik pastayı gördüğüm yerde süpermarket veya pastane farketmez hemen alıyorum. Ancak kalorisinden de haberdarım. Malum mozaik pastada tereyağ ya da margarin kullanılıyor. Buna bir de bisküvileri ekleyince bol kalorili bir ürün ortaya çıkıyor. Tek lokmada bırakamadığım için tehlikeli yiyecekler arasında benim listemde...

Bu nedenle evde mozaik pasta yapmayı tercih ediyorum. Her tarifimde olduğu gibi için de ne tereyağ var ne de margarin... 15 dakikada yapıyorum 30 dakika buzdolabında bekletiyorum İşte yemeye hazır tatlım :)

A new year, we are continuing with new recipes. This year's first recipe is one of my favorite dessert called mosaic cake. I get where I saw mosaic cake, in pastry or in  supermarket just does not matter. But I am aware of the calories. Butter or margarine used in known mosaic cake. This is in my dangerous foods list because I cannot settle with one bite ...
Therefore, I prefer to make mosaic cake at home. There are neither butter nor margarine. I make in 15 minutes, wait in the fridge for 30  minutes. Here, honey ready to eat :) By the wat this recipe is similar to chocolate salami.

Çayın yanına muhteşem gidecek bir tarif... Eşim koca bir tabağı yedi ;) tek lokmalık olduğu için nasıl bittiğini anlamıyorsunuz bile... Misafirlere de ikram edilebilecek, uzun süre dayanabilen bir kurabiye (bir nevi un kurabiyesi gibi)

It is a perfect recipe especially eating with tea or coffee. My husband eat all of them :) You do not even understand how it ends because it is just a single bite. Can be offered to the guests, and  this cookie can withstand long period of time.. Favorite, favorite :)
