Havalar hala soğukken şöyle sıcacık bir çorbaya kim hayır der ki?  yeni aldığım "refikadan" emaye tabaklarında servis edince de şahane gözüktü bence 

Who says no to a warm soup as the weather is still cold ? I served it in enamel plates recently purchased from "refikadan". I thşnk it seems scrumptious think 

Ezogelin corbasi (red lentil soup)

Şu soğuk kış günlerinde, karlarda yağarken içimizi ısıtacak bir çorba yapayım dedim. Tabi ki heme tarif olayına da girdim. Bu arada tabaklarım nasıl :) Mavi rengi seviyorum. Ancak mutfağım kırmızı siyah beyaz uyumunda, o yüzden genelde bu renkleri kullanıyorum. Ama mavi renge de bitiyorum. Kaseleri başka bir zaman dayanamayıp almıştım. Alt tabakta Tchibo'dan kahvaltı tabağı 4 farklı renkte , baktım renkler uyuyor tamam işte bu dedim :) 

At the cold winter days while snow pouring down,I decide to make a soup warms our souls. Of course, I write recipe immediately :) By the way, I love blue plates, what do you think? My kitchen has red black and white harmony, so I usually use that colors. But I love blue so I bought blue bowls. Tchibo breakfast plate also favorite (there are 4 different colors)

In my childhood my grand ma and mum always did this soup... We made noodle with my family. If you don't home made noodle you can buy and make this soup. Quite hearty lentil soup that is known its benefits for health. (for recipe, look the bottom of the page)

kuru sebze çorbası

annem sağolsun bize kuru sebzelerden satın almış 2 poşet deneyelim diye. Tanıdığı birisi kuru sebze üretimine girmiş. Sadece özel kurutucularda sebzeleri kurutuyorlarmış ve içinde hiçbir katkı yokmuş... Ne yapsam diye düşünüyordum acaba hoşuma gider mi diye öyle kenarda bekliyordu. Dün artık zamanı geldi dedim... Biraz internette araştırdım sadece sütle yapan var terbiyeli yapan var. Ben üzerinde yazan tarife göre yaptım. 1 poşet 6 kişilikmiş ben de yarısını kullandım.

Thanks to mother in law, she bought two bags of dried vegetables for making soup. one of her friend produce these dried vegetables. They just dries vegetables in special drying oven and have no additives in them. I was planning what i cook. Now the time has come ... Yesterday I said it's time now. I surfed on the internet, looking other recipes. But i decided to do based on main recipe. 1 box dried vegetable for 6 people so i use half of it. (for english recipe, look the bottom of the page)
