Kıymalı poğaça tarifi geldi. Kıyır kıyır lezzetli bir tat :) Kıyır olması için hamura sirke ilave ediyoruz. Bunun dışında içinde yeşil mercimek konan poğaçalardan da yapasım var. Fırsat bulduğum da onu da yapıp bloga ekleyeceğim. Yapmayı planladığım çok tarif var. ayrıca sürekli olarak ne yapabilirim diye araştırma da yapıyorum. Dergiler alıyorum, ingilizce dergilere, bloglara bakıyorum. Bu sıra da daha önceden yaptığım tarifleri unutuyorum. Anlayacağınız blogum benim tarif defterim oldu resmen...  Bir de şu bloga emoji eklemeyi araştırmam lazım. Çok lazım çokkk bilen varsa anlatın :)

It's time to make scone with ground beef filling. It is crispy delicious taste.  To make crispy dough, we add vinegar to scone dough. Also, I'll do scone with green lentil filling. When I get a chance to do it, I'll add recipe to my blog . I have many recipe in my mind, plan to do. I also do lots of research for recipes. I buy get magazines, surf other blogger pages. Meanwhile, I keep forgetting previous recipes. This blog was officially my recipe book as you can see. :) I also wanna add emoji to my blog. (urgently needed). Tell me if anyone knows :)

elmalı kurabiye (apple pie)

Elmalı kurabiye her zaman favori hamur işlerimden olmuştur. Tek bir kötü özelliği var yaptığın gün bitecek bu kurabiyeler ertesi gün hamurun o kıtırlığı gidiyor yumuşacık hale geliyor ki bunu kesinlikle istemeyiz :)

Apple pie (cookie)has always been my favorite cookies. But you must eat this cookie after cooked immediately, or the next day cookie's crispiness  has gone and become soften. And that is certainly we do not want :)

iki renkli kurabiye - baykuş kurabiye (simple owl cookie)

Yepyeni tarifime Ba-yıl-dım!!! Baykuşlarım çook tatlı... Kalıp yok elle yapıyorsunuz çocuğunuzla birlikte de yapabilirsiniz. Ona sürpriz de yapabilirsiniz. Çok kolay yapması, hadi mutfağa :))

I do love this recipeeee!!! Owl is so cuteeee:)  You don't use mold its totally handmade. You can make them with your kid or you can surprise her. Also for halloweeen just perfect...

Çayın yanına ikram edebileceğiniz bir kurabiye daha... Daha önceden verdiğim tatlı kurabiyeden sonra bu kez de tuzlu kurabiye tarifi vereceğim. Ablamın yaptığı bu kurabiyelerin tarifini hemen aldım ve uyguladım . ve işte karşınızda :)

Bol kalorili ama yemeye doyamayacağınız bir tarifle karşınızdayım. Annem her gitmemizde bunu yapıyor yemelere doyamıyoruz. Annemin misafirleri sürekli bu tarifi isteyip duruyor... Tabii ben de hemen tarifi aldım. Ancak diyeyim ben de henüz yapmadım :) Ama en kısa zamanda ben de yapacağım..:)

I am here to give you a recipe with plenty of calories, but you can not get enough to eat. My mother  in law make this cookie whenever we go to their home. Her guest constantly ask and want this recipe. Of course I picked it up. However, let me say, I didn't make this cookie yet :) But as soon as I'm going to make it.. :) Yummyyy:)

kuş yuvası (bird nest cookie)

instagramda görür görmez bayıldım bu kurabiyeye. görsel olarak muhteşemdi hemen denemem lazım dedim, ancak yaparken çok zorlandığımı söylemem lazım. İlk olarak ihtiyacınız olan şey bir sarımsak ezici. Ama bu sarımsak ezici öyle bir şekilde olmalı ki ezecek kısmın alt kısımın boyutuyla neredeyse aynı olması gerekiyor. Benimkinin üst kısmı biraz daha küçük olduğu için kenarlarından hamurlar çıktı :( ben de sarımsak rendesinde rendeleyerek değilde bastırarak yaptım

I love this cookie that is visually spectacular as soon as I saw it in instagram.  I need to try it , but  I have to say it is really hard to give this shape because of my garlic crusher. Yes, you 'll do this cookie with garlic crusher. Let's do this !!! :)

çayın yanına ikram edebileceğiniz hafif ve uzun süre dayanan bir tarifle karşınızdayımmm. Yapması da çok kolay en fazla 15 dakikada hazırlayabilirsiniz. Pişmesi ise 30 dakika :) Şekil olarak yuvarlak veya kalıplarla da istediğiniz şekli verebilirsiniz.

you can serve this cinnamon cookie along with a cup of tea. It is  light and long-lasting a recipe.  Also you can make them too easy, you can prepare  in less than 15 minutes and  cook for  30 minutes :) You can make cinnamon rolls or give desired shape with mold (pattern)

Çayın yanına muhteşem gidecek bir tarif... Eşim koca bir tabağı yedi ;) tek lokmalık olduğu için nasıl bittiğini anlamıyorsunuz bile... Misafirlere de ikram edilebilecek, uzun süre dayanabilen bir kurabiye (bir nevi un kurabiyesi gibi)

It is a perfect recipe especially eating with tea or coffee. My husband eat all of them :) You do not even understand how it ends because it is just a single bite. Can be offered to the guests, and  this cookie can withstand long period of time.. Favorite, favorite :)
