Babaannemin ve annemin çok yaptığı çocukluğumun çorbası. Bir de hamuru siz kesmişseniz harika olur. Yoksa da erişte de işe yarar :) Oldukça doyurucu bir çorba mercimeğin yararları malum...

In my childhood my grand ma and mum always did this soup... We made noodle with my family. If you don't home made noodle you can buy and make this soup. Quite hearty lentil soup that is known its benefits for health. (for recipe, look the bottom of the page)

muhallebili güllaç (güllaç with pudding)

Ramazanda klasik güllaç yerine şöyle güncellenmiş modernleşmiş güllaç yapalım değil mi ama:)

Best dessert for ramadan is güllaç. Güllac is a sweet made from sheets of güllaç soaked in milky syrup, filled with nuts and flavored with rose water. gullac sheet is a very thin, dry sheet of dough made of starch. I made a little different gullac. Modern version of gullac is gullac with vanilla pudding ;) (for recipe please look the bottom of the page.)

yaz geliyor havalar ısınmaya başladı... Dondurma yeme zamanı da geldi çattı. Ama her akşam dayanamayıp yediğimiz bu dondurmaların kalorisi yok mu işte o tam bir sıkıntı... pekiii evde kolay ve hafif bir dondurma yapmak ister misiniz? Süzme yoğurtla yapacağınız en azından bir müddet dondurma ihtiyacınızı giderecek...

summer is coming :)  It's time to eat ice cream. There is a problem that is gaining weight because of calories that come from eating ice cream every night... Bol kalorili ama yemeye doyamayacağınız bir tarifle karşınızdayım. Annem her gitmemizde bunu yapıyor yemelere doyamıyoruz. Annemin misafirleri sürekli bu tarifi isteyip duruyor... Tabii ben de hemen tarifi aldım. Ancak diyeyim ben de henüz yapmadım :) Ama en kısa zamanda ben de yapacağım..:)

I am here to give you a recipe with plenty of calories, but you can not get enough to eat. My mother  in law make this cookie whenever we go to their home. Her guest constantly ask and want this recipe. Of course I picked it up. However, let me say, I didn't make this cookie yet :) But as soon as I'm going to make it.. :) Yummyyy:)
